Mohammed Shami Ahmed was born on September 3, 1990, in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, India. His father, the late Tousif Ahmed, was a farmer who also owned a spare part shop. Interestingly, he was a fast bowler during his own youth. Mohammed Shami’s mother is Anjum Ara, and he has a sister named Sabina Anjum, as well as brothers named Mohammed Kaif, Mohammad Hasib, and Mohammed Asif.
