Shark Tank India Appearance
Goa-based Indulge Global marked its unique presence in the market by appearing on the premier episode of Shark Tank India S4. It was the turning point in its life.
What attracted judges’ attention was their unique approach of 24/7 available concierge team, which they referred to as Genies.
Moreover, its transparent business practices, most importantly the prices turned out to be the main attraction for the viewers.

The Indulge App: The Expensive of All

About the Founders
Karan Bhangay an pursuing engineering student at the Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, suddenly realized that this is not what he wanted to do. Next, as you guessed, he dropped out of college in his 4th year. WHAT?
Then, from scratch, he started a luxury products magazine, which initially received good response but was shut down after the digital platforms gained popularity. Obviously, these days, no one wants to waste time and money on magazines and newspapers.
Getting the taste of luxury, and understanding their market value, Karan started organizing exhibitions for luxury products. He had a team of 40 but then, COVID-19 struck and negatively affected his business. However, his clients started reaching out to him with their specific requests like luxury bags and all, which they want but due to the lockdown, they cannot get it.
This proved to be the moment of realization for Karan, that luxury concierge services are the next big step in the market.
Advita Bihani and Karan came across through LinkedIn and they both set off to launch their luxury services for UHNIs and HNIs clients.
